If you want a channel for your clan, you need to speak to one of our admins. They will then create a channel for you on our TS server. In addition, the related user group will be created on the website. Via this user group you can manage the members of your guest clan.
Next, you will be assigned “Leader” of your clan and are now the moderator of this user group. The prerequisite is that you register on our website. Also, your profile should be linked to your TeamSpeak Client ID. You can find a tutorial here.
As a moderator of the user group, you are the "leader" of the guest clan, and therefore the admin of the respective TeamSpeak channel.
You can create your own little sub channels on the TS, channel with password, etc.
By being a member of the user group on the website, your clan member and you get automatically into the right server group on the TS and you receive your clan tag in front of your name.
To add a user to your clan you need to accept his invitation for your user group. To do this, click on your name and then in the drop-down menu on “user group management”.
To join a guest clan, you must first register on our website. You also need to link your account to your TeamSpeak. You can find a guide for that here.
Now click on your username next to your avatar. In the drop-down menu, select "User groups".
Here are the available guest clans listed. Choose a clan and click on the button "Apply for membership". You can also enter a small application text as a comment.
As soon as the "leader" of the clan has accepted your application, you will automatically be in the corresponding server group in TeamSpeak and will get the clan tag.
These rules refer to the creation of sub-channels in the main channel of your guest clan.
No AFK channels should be created. We have a superior AFK-Channel that can and may be used by all.
Channels should not include game titles. For certain games, there are already public channels that may and should be used by our guest clans. A separate channel for a particular game might give the impression that you want to be different from others or "don’t want to have anything to do with others". Since we are a community, we would not want any people, if unintentionally, to make the impression with others they would not want to belong to others. If one wishes to play together undisturbed, this can also be done jointly, e.g. In a general "Gaming" channel within the Clan channel.
Basically, do not exaggerate with creating channels. It is to prevent the creation of many channels, which are then not used or only very rarely. This means: as many as necessary, as few as possible.
The administration team reserves the right to remove any unused channels.
